How can solar really be $0 down?
Financing covers the full cost of the system, so you pay nothing up front. Your monthly payment is designed to be lower than the electric bill it replaces. Your advisor will show you the options in your state.
What happens if I move?
You can transfer the system to the buyer or pay it off when you sell. Homes with solar often sell faster, and our team helps with the paperwork.
Will panels damage my roof?
No. Every mounting point is covered against leaks for at least 10 years under our limited lifetime warranty. We will also do a free roof assessment before we install if you ask.
What does the 25-year warranty cover?
Our workmanship is covered for at least 25 years. Your Tier 1 panels and Enphase equipment also carry the manufacturers' product warranties, and we deal with the manufacturer for you if a part fails.
How long does installation take?
Most homes go from proposal to install in about 30 days. Some cities and utilities take longer. The install itself takes just one day.
