Solar Installer Overview 

 

Let’s get to work! Come join the green energy movement and earn a sustainable income! Training is provided - no previous solar installation experience is required, but is a plus! We are quickly mobilizing crews to install solar renewable energy systems in the Midwest and beyond. After mastering the installation position, explore opportunities to expand your career into other realms of Ecovole with professional development support. 

 

In This Role You Will: 

  • Install solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties. 

  • Travel with a crew in designated city / area. Prep vehicles daily. 

  • Install DC electrical side of solar systems.

  • Complete projects in a timely and effective manner. 

  • Provide quality customer service to clients at job sites.  

  • Have active guidance from mentors invested in your success.

COVID-19 Precautions: 

We highly recommend following CDC guidelines, such as wearing masks and getting vaccinated to help protect yourself and others.

 

Requirements: 

  • Must be 18+ years or older. High School Diploma or equivalent. Pass background check.

  • Complete installation training. Complete installer shadowing. 

  • Must be willing to adapt with a rapidly growing company. Stay up to date on NEC code.

  • Can travel within given territory to work on projects with crew. 

  • Willing to travel overnight if needed, with travel expenses covered by the company. 

  • Demonstrate quality work and take pride in your projects. 

  • Can work outdoors in all weather conditions, with respect to OSHA safety standards. 

  • Willing to undergo regular training to consistently improve skill set. 

  • Wear company gear/logos while working, in a clean and professional manner. 

  • Become familiar with the company website www.ecovole.com and social media pages. 

 

Core Competencies: 

  • Successfully demonstrate installation knowledge and follow safety protocols.

  • Will go above and beyond with installing solar projects with crew. 

  • Provide quality customer care while out on work sites. 

  • Reliable to show up for projects on time and ready to work. 

  • Be a team player. 

 

Compensation:

Weekly Pay! Direct Deposit! 

Earn $35K-$50K Annually! Salary, Benefits & Bonus Programs!

  • Master Electrician Overview 

  •  

  • Be a leader in the green energy movement and use your skills to make a difference! Master electrician license and experience is required. Additional training and professional development support is available to those who wish to further their education. We are exponentially building crews to fulfill the growing demand for solar pv energy systems in the Midwest, from residential to commercial opportunities near and far. 

  •  

  • In This Role You Will: 

  • Install solar photovoltaic systems on residential and commercial properties. 

  • Travel with a crew in your designated city / area. Prep vehicles daily. 

  • Install AC electrical side of solar systems. 

  • Inspect and finalize solar photovoltaic systems and battery installations. 

  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues. 

  • Maintain and enforce safety. 

  • Complete projects in a timely and effective manner. 

  • Provide quality customer service to clients at job sites.  

  • Have active guidance from mentors invested in your success.

  •

  • Masters Licenses provided upon employment
